As the owner of 1-800-Packouts of Naples and Fort Myers, I bring a decade of operational leadership and continuous improvement experience to my business. Before launching my business, I spent 10 years growing through the leadership ranks at Advanced Drainage Systems. I started as a Production Supervisor in Perry, GA, for three years. I then moved to Jackson, MS, as a Production Manager for two years and spent four years leading facility operations as Plant Manager. After my family relocated to Fort Myers, FL, I served as Process Improvement Lead, driving efficiency and workflow standards across key operations.
