I have property damage. How do I get ahold of you?

Once everyone in your home or property is safe and the process has begun to mitigate any damage, you can call us at 1-800-722-6588 at any time.

How does the process work?

Once approved by your adjuster, we will complete an estimate to submit. If accepted, we then will reach out to schedule your Packout. The Packout will consist of detailed inventory and secure packing. Once the packout is complete, we will transport your contents to our facility for cleaning and/or storage. Once the reconstruction in your home is finished, we will schedule your "Takeback" or the return of your contents. For more details on our process, click here.

Will I need to be home during the packout?

No. Your packout can be scheduled while you are home or away. We will handle your property with care at all times.

Where are my belongings going to be stored?

Your belongings will be stored in our climate controlled and secure private storage facilities. For more details on our storage process, click here.

Do I pay for this or does my insurance pay for this?

Most often insurance will cover our services, but be sure to check your policy coverage and contact your insurance agent to verify.

Does your company handle specialty items?

Yes. We, or a trusted partner, can handle specialty items including: safes, pianos, billiards, art, etc.
