About the Owners

My name is Charles Billera, and I am the owner of 1-800-Packouts of East Denver.

After a long and successful career in the parking industry, I sought a new challenge and opportunity. I knew I wanted to own my own business, so when I learned about 1-800-Packouts and the restoration industry, I realized it was the perfect fit and opportunity I was looking for.

My first entrepreneurial venture was owning my own hockey company years ago. After a 12-year run in the hockey business, I transitioned to airport parking, where I built and scaled two different parking companies to unprecedented success over a 15-year career.

On a personal note, I am married to my wife Debbie, and we have two children. We have lived in Centennial, Colorado for over 20 years and love everything about it—the mountains, the weather, and the vibrant community. There’s truly no place like it.
