About the Owners

 

I’m Charles Billera, and I proudly own 1-800-Packouts of East Denver. After a rewarding career in the parking industry, I sought a new challenge—something that would allow me to take the reins and build something of my own. That’s when I discovered 1-800-Packouts and the restoration industry. It was the perfect opportunity: a business model rooted in helping others, with the kind of operational complexity and customer focus I thrive on.

Entrepreneurship has always been in my blood. My first venture was in the hockey world, where I ran my own hockey company for 12 years. From there, I shifted to airport parking, where I spent the next 15 years building and scaling two successful parking companies. Notably, I led the development of a $30 million, award-winning, state-of-the-art parking facility at Denver International Airport. This project not only enhanced the airport’s capacity but also set new standards in efficiency and customer service.

These experiences taught me how to lead teams, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional service—skills I bring to every job we take on at 1-800-Packouts.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband to my wife Debbie and a dad to two amazing kids. We’ve called Centennial, Colorado home for over 20 years, and we love everything about it—from the beautiful mountains and great weather to the strong sense of community. It’s where we’ve built our lives, and I’m honored to serve this area through our business.
