About the Owners

 

Charles Billera is the proud owner of 1-800-Packouts of East Denver, where he brings decades of leadership, operational expertise, and customer-focused service to the restoration industry.

After a successful career in the parking industry, Charles set out to build something of his own—an opportunity that combined entrepreneurial ownership with meaningful impact. He found that alignment with 1-800-Packouts, a business rooted in helping people recover and move forward during challenging moments, while offering the operational complexity and service standards he thrives on.

Entrepreneurship has been a constant thread throughout Charles’s career. His first venture began in the hockey world, where he owned and operated a hockey company for 12 years. He later transitioned into airport parking, spending 15 years building and scaling two successful companies. Among his most notable accomplishments was leading the development of a $30 million, award-winning, state-of-the-art parking facility at Denver International Airport—a project recognized for raising the bar in efficiency, innovation, and customer experience.

These experiences shaped Charles into a disciplined leader with a strong appreciation for systems, teamwork, and execution. Today, he applies those same principles at 1-800-Packouts, ensuring every project is handled with precision, care, and respect for the customer’s situation.

Outside of work, Charles is a devoted husband to his wife, Debbie, and a proud step-father of two. He and his family have called Centennial, Colorado home for more than 20 years and value the strong sense of community, beautiful surroundings, and lifestyle the area offers. Serving his local community through his business is both a responsibility and a privilege he takes seriously.
