John and Holly Ostrow are the proud local owners of 1-800-Packouts of Central New Jersey, serving Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and Mercer Counties. As a husband-and-wife team, they were drawn to the opportunity to build something together while making a meaningful difference for families during some of their most challenging moments. When disaster strikes, they bring what matters most: calm leadership, organization, compassion, and trust.

As parents of three children (and an energetic Goldendoodle), they understand how important stability and quick solutions are when home life is disrupted. That perspective shapes every project they take on, approaching each job with urgency, honesty, and genuine care. Their goal is simple: to give homeowners peace of mind knowing their belongings are handled with respect and professionalism.

John’s background in operations and experience as a volunteer firefighter, where speed and composure are essential, complements Holly’s leadership in logistics and production within the fashion and retail industry. Together, they ensure every packout is handled efficiently, professionally, and with meticulous attention to detail.

From the initial packout through cleaning, secure storage, and the safe return of every item, John and Holly personally guide customers through the process. They treat every home as if it were their own, because they understand that behind every item is a memory, a milestone, or a piece of the life you’ve built.
